1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

Returns and refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • The product received is physically damaged during transit or delivery.

To initiate a claim, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide a complete unboxing video as proof
  • Share clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Provide the order number and invoice details

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

A proper uninterrupted unboxing video is compulsory for all damage claims.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening
  • Opening process
  • Visible product damage
  • Shipping label details

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted in cases including but not limited to:

  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Improper handling by customer
  • Minor color or size variations
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Used or altered products
  • Delayed claims beyond 24 hours

4. Inspection and Verification

All return or refund requests are subject to verification by our support team.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or reject claims
  • Request additional proof or information
  • Conduct investigation before processing refunds

Fraudulent claims may result in permanent account restrictions.


5. Refund Process

Once the claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on banking partners.

In certain cases, replacement products may be offered instead of refunds.


6. Return Shipping

If return pickup is required:

  • Customers may be instructed regarding return procedures.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


7. Cancellation of Approved Refunds

Approved refunds may be cancelled if:

  • False information is provided
  • Evidence is manipulated
  • Returned products differ from the original shipment
