Orders can only be cancelled before shipment dispatch.

Once the order has been:

  • Packed
  • Dispatched
  • Handed over to the courier partner

the order cannot be cancelled.


2. Cancellation Request Process

Cancellation requests are processed based on shipment status.


3. Cancellation Approval

Cancellation requests are subject to approval by our team.

We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests if:

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellations:

  • Full refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.

5. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment dispatch under any circumstances.

Customers are requested to review their orders carefully before placing them.


6. Bulk Orders

Bulk or custom packaging orders may have separate cancellation conditions depending on production status.
